1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, receiving an invitation to use, registering for, or otherwise using the HiTekRednek platform or any part of it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any additional policies, guidelines, rules, or notices that may be posted or provided by HiTekRednek from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Invitation-Only Access

HiTekRednek is offered on a private, invitation-only basis. Access is limited to individuals who have been specifically invited or otherwise authorized by HiTekRednek.

• Your invitation or access authorization is personal to you.
• You may not share, transfer, assign, sell, sublicense, or allow any other person to use your invitation, account, or access credentials.
• Receipt of an invitation does not guarantee continued access.
• HiTekRednek reserves the right to approve, deny, revoke, restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any lawful reason.

3. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. You also represent that any registration or account information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Personal, Private, Non-Commercial Use Only

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, HiTekRednek grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your own private, non-commercial entertainment and informational use.

Except where HiTekRednek expressly authorizes otherwise in writing, you may not use the platform or any content, stream, software, feature, or output from it for public, commercial, institutional, or business use.

• No public performance is permitted.
• No rebroadcast, retransmission, restreaming, or redistribution is permitted.
• No use in bars, restaurants, clubs, retail spaces, venues, offices, events, waiting rooms, commercial vehicles, or other public or business settings is permitted.
• No use for DJ services, event sound, entertainment services, promotional playback, or any for-profit or business-related activity is permitted.
• No copying, recording, downloading, ripping, archiving, or extracting content except where a feature is expressly provided and permitted by HiTekRednek.

5. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify HiTekRednek if you believe your account, invitation, device, or credentials have been lost, stolen, compromised, or used without authorization.

• You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• You may not create an account or obtain access using false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
• You may not bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, security, or access-control features.

6. Content and Service License

All music, audio, artwork, metadata, designs, text, logos, software, interfaces, code, player features, playlists, and other materials made available through the platform are owned by HiTekRednek, its licensors, or other rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

The platform and all related software and content are licensed to you, not sold or transferred. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no ownership rights are granted to you.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the platform or its content;
• circumvent, disable, defeat, or interfere with digital rights management, access controls, encryption, rate limits, or other security measures;
• scrape, harvest, crawl, index, monitor, data mine, or extract content, metadata, usage data, or other information by automated means;
• use bots, scripts, automation, spoofing tools, emulators, modified clients, or unauthorized APIs;
• remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, attribution, watermark, or proprietary notices;
• share streams, rebroadcast content, or make content available to any third party outside the platform as expressly permitted in writing;
• use the platform in violation of any law, regulation, third-party right, or contractual restriction;
• interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, networks, availability, performance, or user experience;
• use the platform in a way that could expose HiTekRednek or its licensors to liability, licensing issues, or compliance risks.

8. No Public Performance or Commercial Exploitation

Unless HiTekRednek expressly grants you separate written permission, the platform is not licensed for public performance, commercial exhibition, business playback, monetized streaming, resale, sublicensing, venue use, or any similar activity.

For clarity, use of the platform is limited to private listening and private use by invited and authorized users. Any use outside that scope is prohibited.

9. Availability, Features, and Content Changes

HiTekRednek may add, remove, change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform, including any content, stream, feature, interface, invitation model, account type, playlist, availability window, or compatibility support, at any time and without liability.

Content availability may change without notice. Certain songs, albums, streams, features, or services may become unavailable at any time, including because of licensing, rights, technical, policy, business, or operational reasons.

10. Explicit and Triggering Content

HiTekRednek may make available music and other content that contains explicit language, explicit lyrics, mature subject matter, or other material that some users may find offensive, disturbing, or triggering.

Date-of-birth information may be collected and used in part to help reduce delivery of explicit or triggering content to users under 18 years of age. However, no filtering, screening, tagging, labeling, or age-gating system is perfect, and HiTekRednek does not guarantee that explicit or triggering content will never be shown, suggested, delivered, or played to a user for whom it was not intended.

For users 18 years of age or older, HiTekRednek may provide an explicit-content setting or similar control that allows users to enable or disable delivery of explicit or potentially triggering content. This setting is intended as a user preference tool only and does not guarantee that all such content will be identified, labeled, filtered, restricted, or excluded in every case.

If a user believes that a song, file, or other content item should be re-screened, marked explicit, marked triggering, restricted, or otherwise reviewed, the user may submit that concern through the site contact page. HiTekRednek will review such reports in good faith, take them seriously, and may respond by contact email or another available contact method with the action taken, if any, and a brief explanation of the decision.

11. Devices and Compatibility

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any device, browser, operating system, software, internet service, and data connectivity needed to access the platform. HiTekRednek does not guarantee that the platform will function on all devices, browsers, carriers, networks, or configurations.

12. Feedback and Suggestions

If you submit ideas, comments, feedback, suggestions, feature requests, or other materials relating to the platform, you agree that HiTekRednek may use them without restriction or obligation to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The platform may interact with or link to third-party services, applications, devices, networks, or websites. HiTekRednek is not responsible for third-party products, services, availability, content, terms, privacy practices, or functionality, and your use of those third-party services may be subject to separate terms.

14. Suspension and Termination

HiTekRednek may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice where permitted by law, investigate, restrict, suspend, disable, revoke, or terminate your invitation, account, or access to all or any portion of the platform for any reason, including suspected or actual violation of these Terms.

Upon suspension or termination, your right to access and use the platform immediately ends, and HiTekRednek may remove or disable access to content, settings, playlists, and other account-related materials without liability.

15. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. HiTekRednek makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, available at any particular time, compatible with your devices, or free from loss, corruption, delay, or defects.

HiTekRednek also does not warrant that content screening, age filtering, explicit tagging, triggering-content identification, user preference controls, or content restriction tools will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free in all cases.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiTekRednek disclaims all express, implied, statutory, and other warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiTekRednek and its owners, operators, licensors, affiliates, contractors, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, content access, account access, business opportunity, or device functionality arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HiTekRednek and its owners, operators, licensors, affiliates, contractors, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction designated by HiTekRednek, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any forum-selection, dispute-resolution, or arbitration provisions may be added or updated by HiTekRednek in a future revision of these Terms.

19. Changes to These Terms

HiTekRednek may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.
